Holdbar was founded by two experienced tourisme and hospitality tech entrepreneurs who are behind Truestory, which is the leading Scandinavian experience platform today. Based on a closed beta-loop with an initial Holdbar product in 2020 and 2021, proving strong potential and product-market fit, we aim to build the next big, Scandinavian software success.
The first final version of Holdbar was launched in January 2023 and the company is now backed by a renowned venture capital fund and experienced B2B SaaS angel investors.

To reach our vision and succeed with our mission, we are looking for an experienced, talented and passionate customer success talent to join Holdbar as one of the first key employees as Customer Success Lead.
About the role
To make Holdbar the success we know it can be, we need to deliver world-class onboarding- and operational service to our customers.
We know that we have built a platform that can benefit the target audience and the experience operators of the world. Still, we need to ensure that we are highly effective in helping them get started and get the most value out of the platform as quickly as possible. Furthermore, we need to be ready and "on call" whenever a customer has problems and needs help.
As a Customer Success Lead, you will be instrumental in our efforts to deliver the value of Holdbar to as many experience operators as possible - in very close partnership with our Marketing and Sales teams.
From more or less day one, you will be expected to do active onboarding and service while helping us with product discovery and building the overall Holdbar Onboarding Framework.
What we expect as a baseline to grow
- Danish or Swedish as your native language and fluent in English
- A lot of ambition - personally and on behalf of the company and brand that you represent
- Open-minded and self-reflective
- Proven track record working with B2B service and customer success
- Preferably experience with hiring and empowering people (high EQ/emotional intelligence)
- Eager, direct, and competitive, but still friendly and empathetic
