Holdbar?
Holdbar was founded by two experienced tourisme and hospitality tech entrepreneurs who are behind Truestory, which is the leading Scandinavian experience platform today. Based on a closed beta-loop with an initial Holdbar product in 2020 and 2021, proving strong potential and product-market fit, we aim to build the next big, Scandinavian software success.
The first final version of Holdbar was launched in January 2023 and the company is now backed by a renowned venture capital fund and experienced B2B SaaS angel investors.
The goal is the create an amazing product and make a real impact in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world, and, coupled with our experience, build a solid and fast-growing company. To reach our vision and succeed with our mission, we are looking for a talented commercial profile as a business development representative.
About the role
To make Holdbar the success we know it can be, we need to build, nurture and grow a market-winning sales flow using both inbound and outbound channels.
We know that we have built a platform that can benefit the target audience and the experience operators of the world. Still, we need to ensure they know about Holdbar and understand the value the platform can bring to the company.
In close partnership with the rest of the team, you will be responsible for generating leads and validating customer potential, to help and assist the rest of the commercial team at Holdbar. You will bring a lot of value to the table and learn a lot, with many opportunities to grow in the role and within the company.
The role is part-time (15-20 hours pr. week) and ideal as a student position.
What we expect as a baseline to grow
- Danish, Norwegian or Swedish as your native language and fluent in English
- A lot of ambition - personally and on behalf of the company and brand that you represent
- Open-minded and self-reflective
- Interested in building a career within sales
- Eager, direct, and competitive, but still friendly and empathetic
